Barren Creek Landing Stables LLC

Lessons are offered year-round for beginners through advanced riders.  Our riding program encompasses many facets of equestrian learning: riding instruction, stable care, grooming and tacking, horse anatomy, breeds, colors, etc.,  Students will spend about 10 minutes cooling down, untacking and putting away their horse.  Lessons are given on a variety of ponies/horses at Barren Creek Landing.  You may also trailer your horse in if you want instruction on your own mount.  We provide all tack, grooming supplies, and safety gear.  Our lesson program is designed for riders who want to learn the art of riding and overall horsemanship.  New riders are required to come to an evaluation lesson to gather information on appropriate placement within our program.

Private Lessons:  $60/hour

Group Lessons:     $40/hour

Cancellation Policy:  Students must give 24-hour notice of cancellation of lesson or the lesson fee will still be required.
